Refunds

• Refunds are only available for verified issues such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
• Refunds will be processed only after approval and verification.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests are only considered if approved by Dripworld.
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation cannot be accepted.

At DRIPWORLD, every piece is carefully selected and checked before shipping. Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

We Accept Exchanges Only For:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged item received
• Manufacturing defects (if any)

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order details
• Clear pictures/videos of the issue
• Unwashed and unused product condition

Exchange Conditions

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Exchange availability depends on stock availability.
• If the replacement size/item is unavailable, an alternative solution will be provided.

No Exchange/Return For:

• Size issues (please check the size chart before ordering)
• Change of mind
• Minor variations in colour due to lighting/screens
• Natural signs of wear on thrift/surplus pieces
• Products bought during special offers or clearance drops
